The thrill of putting on our first out-of-office notice for 2025 last week was the perfect way to kick off this year of travels. While Lisbon is usually our go-to city escape at this time of year, we decided to mix things up. Instead of heading to Portugal’s capital, we ventured across the border to Seville, the heart of Andalusia and Spain’s undisputed tapas capital.

The city enchants visitors with its stunning Moorish architecture; lively flamenco scene, and sun-drenched streets lined with orange trees. From the awe-inspiring Alcázar to the buzzing tapas bars of Triana, every corner of the city is steeped in history, passion, and a touch of magic.

If you have never been, it is a city known for its lively spirit, rich history, and unforgettable flavors, and we would always love enjoying Seville’s renowned tapas scene. Having those succulent jamons hanging above our heads always makes our mouths water!

From jamon croquettes, to crisp, chilled glasses of sherry, we ate our way around the vibrant city. Exploring Seville’s winding streets, soaking up flamenco rhythms, and immersing ourselves in the culture of one of the best cities in Europe. Bring on the adventures 2025 - we definitely started you right!
